Location:  Lake Vernon, Huntsville, Ontario. 

This 3.25 acres peninsula is nicely wooded with pine and birch, and features approximately 730 feet of shared waterfront on Lake Vernon.  The condos are winterized, with electric heat.  The area offers extensive boating, fishing and water sports in the summer, as well as snowmobiling , cross-country skiing and downhill skiing (at Hidden Valley Resort and Arrowhead Provincial Park) in the winter -- truly a year-round getaway.

This location features two options, you may rent the upper or lower location. The upper unit is directly above the lower unit, if a renter is interested in both units, we would accommodate a special offer. 
UPPER COTTAGE, level entry from parking lot, totally separate bedroom with fan and queen bed for comfort, pull-out sofa,  dishwasher, wood burning fireplace and small balcony.
LOWER COTTAGE, stairs down to the cottage, bedroom  with queen bed, partially open to living space, and pull-out couch and  patio area with propane BBQ.
 

Located in a resort setting between two other attached units, both units have a view to the west.  A dock provides you with a slip to tie a boat or a spot from which to fish.  There is a large sandy beach, and children's play area. Both are shared with other cottagers. There is lots of room to run around!

This property is located approximately two hours north of Toronto and is easily accessible year-round.  Is is only minutes by car or boat to golf at Deerhurst or Grandview, or to shopping in Huntsville.  Horseback riding and tennis are also nearby.

Pricing:
$610 per week during the summer for lower unit, $630 per week for upper unit.
$550 per week during off season for either unit.
$370 for two or three nights off-season.  $400 for a public holiday weekend.
$600 refundable security deposit required for all bookings.
