Located on the Seguin River, and next to the Seguin Falls, this 4 bedroom cottage is the perfect getaway year round. From the moment you arrive you will appreciate the clean, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
You will find an open, well-equipped kitchen with everything from a microwave to a deep fryer. The kitchen features a grand table with seating for 8. The kitchen adjoins the living room where you will want to relax by the fire in the comfortable couches, while watching a DVD or playing a board game.
The hall from the kitchen leads to 4 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed, the second has a queen bed, the third two singles and the fourth has a single, and single bunk beds. Each room features a ceiling fan for added comfort on warm summer nights. A four piece bathroom with tub and shower can be find in the end of the cottage.
This cottage has a screened-in porch at the front, which is nice for enjoying the first cup of coffee in the morning. Take a few steps down into a fenced yard where you will find a picnic table, a large fire pit, and the river.
If you feel like exploring there are 47 acres to hike; you may even see some wildlife. The Seguin trail is located a short distance from the cottage. Here you will have access to miles of trails so why not get in touch with your adventurous side.
If a winter experience is what you are looking for, the Seguin Trail is close for snowmobiling. The cottage also has 3 pairs of cross-country skis available.
The Seguin Cottage is about twenty-five minutes from Parry Sound, where you will find grocery stores, dining opportunities, quaint shops, the West Parry Sound District Museum, golf courses and the Island Cruises.

| $1,110 per week high season (Fourth
Saturday of June, until the day after Labour Day) $800 per week during Fall and Spring. $600 per holiday weekend (3 night minimum) $500 per weekend during off-season (3 night minimum). $600 refundable security deposit required. Monthly rates can be discussed. |
