From the moment you walk into this 2-bedroom condo you feel as if you are home. It is a warm and inviting condo with new and modern décor and all the luxuries of home, including a washer and dryer. 

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room so you can still be part of the conversation while preparing meals. There is a dining table for 6 guests, or, if you prefer, you could go out on the balcony and dine al-fresco. 

The living room features a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Here you can either curl up and enjoy cable TV, or watch a DVD. Should you be bringing a laptop, the Rogers rocket stick works here. 

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, and a master ensuite bathroom has a soaker tub for soaking your worries away. You can close the door to your bedroom and have a sense of your own private suite for a while. Looking out the window you can see Lake Muskoka and may even catch a glimpse of the Segwun steamship as it goes to and from its dock. 

The second bedroom, adjacent to the living room has a double bed, and a connecting four-piece bathroom. 

The balcony, just off the living room has a great view of Lake Muskoka and offers a dining table for 6 guests. Sit on the comfortable couch and enjoy a morning coffee or a nightcap at the end of an adventure-filled day. 

A short walk from the condo takes you to the new Muskoka Wharf, where there is fine dining and shopping. The wharf area is also home to Grace and Speed, the antique and classic boat museum in the Muskoka Boat and Heritage Centre.  The famous steamship “Segwun” (built in 1887) and its sister ship “Wenonah ll" cruise Lake Muskoka from the Gravenhurst wharf during the summer. The Gravenhurst Opera House has live theatre, and the town has many interesting shops for exploring.
