If privacy is what you are looking for, then this is the cottage for you. Situated on a point and with crown land to the right of the cottage, this is an ideal location to reconnect with family and friends.
On the main level of this five bedroom cottage is the living room which offers satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that has a breathtaking view of Tea Lake. Down the hall is the first bedroom with single bunk beds, and a second bedroom with two single beds. This level also has a three-piece bathroom.
The upper level offers three bedrooms. The first and second both feature a king size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. A four-piece bathroom can be found on this level. A small sitting area at the top of the stairs comes complete with a variety of books, and some great old board games.
A large L-shaped screened-in porch runs across the front and side of the cottage. This is a great spot for enjoying the first cup of coffee in the morning, or a toast at the end of another great day! There is a play area equipped with a swing and slide for the children.
Access to the water is by a series of natural stone steps down a slope. Here you will find a deck that has a table with 8 chairs. A few more steps down and you will find a large dock from which to swim. At the end of the dock there is a ladder leading into the water, where the depth is about twenty-five feet. To the left of the dock is a shallow bay that has a sandy bottom for the little ones. The clear water is wonderful for swimming. Two canoes and two kayaks are provided for exploring the lake, or going out for evening fishing.
There are three golf courses within 30 minutes. Close by is the town of Parry Sound with its Thirty-Thousand Islands Boat Cruise, the Charles Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts, the Bobby Orr Hall of Fame, and boutique shopping. Fine dining can be experienced at the five-star Log Cabin Restaurant.
