Nestled amongst the pines, overlooking Lake Restoule, you will find Cobble Hill, a delightful        3-bedroom cottage, offering all the conveniences of home, combined with a cottage experience. 

Follow the 35 steps down from the parking area to the screened-in porch, which leads you right into the cottage. The screened-in porch is a great location for drinking your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. A breakfast bar with two chairs, and a bistro table with two chairs offer plenty of seating for everyone. 

The cottage offers an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, which allows everyone to feel they are part of the action. The living room, with a great view of the lake, has seating for the entire family to watch a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation and clean up easy. 

Located on the upper level are two bedrooms: one has a queen bed, the other has a double bed. The bedroom featuring the double bed is tucked away, and although it does not have a door and privacy can be gained by closing a large curtain. 

On the main level is a bedroom with a single day bed. Also on this level is a three-piece bathroom, along with the washer and dryer. This bathroom can be accessed from inside the cottage, or the deck; this is great, as sand is not tracked through the entire cottage. 

A deck, offering a great view of the lake, runs the full length of the cottage; with unique seating built right into the deck you will be able to relax and enjoy the afternoon sun. A two-person sauna can be found on the deck as well. 

Follow the stairs down to your own private dock that will accommodate two boats. Relax on the dock while the children swim in the clear water of Lake Restoule. For any small children in the group, a shallow entry is offered down a short path to the right of the cottage. For those wishing to explore the lake, a canoe is available. 

You will really enjoy the peace and tranquility of this cottage; with no neighbors and good privacy at the dock you will find a little bit of your own paradise. 

Restoule Provincial Park with its hiking, boating, and sandy beaches makes a good day trip from the cottage. The village of Restoule has a variety store and ice cream cone stand, while the town of Powassan has a grocery store and interesting hiking trails.
