Location: Ahmic Lake, Magnetawan, Ontario.

3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located on popular Ahmic Lake with many activities around including hiking trails, fishing, boating etc...

The cottage is a split level Vice Roy with cathedral ceilings.

The kitchen, 2 bed rooms and 4pc. bathroom on the upper level.  The living room and bedroom on the main level with a walk out sunroom to deck. And downstairs I would consider it the basement with a 3pc. bathroom and sitting room with laundry.

Nearby Golf Course can be accessed by boat. 6 person hot tub on the deck is the perfect way to enjoy a relaxing evening under the stars! The property is level and grassy right to the lake, small sandy beach area and a nice, sandy bottom and gradual entrance into the water. The depth at the end of the dock is about five feet.
