The Hogan Cottage soaks up the sun in the open area of this property. Dotted with trees and featured with a wrap-all-the-way-around deck and lots of Muskoka chairs, you can follow the sun or the shade throughout the day. Wooden shutters with cut-out evergreen trees add to your welcome. And a bonus is the location - just a short stroll away is Diamond in the Ruff's nine-hole golf course!
Inside this warm and cozy cottage, wide plank flooring and wood walls and ceiling are highlighted with sturdy beams. The kitchen with an island work space, eating and living areas are one. No one will be left out! One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two single beds. Each has its own three-piece bath.
Outside there is lots of room for outdoor activities or follow the path from your secluded Hogan Cottage to the lake. The large shared lakefront area offers a variety in shoreline including a sandy beach and a shallow entrance to the water, along with kayaks, paddleboats and canoes to use. You will not find motors disturbing this quiet, peaceful lake. Hogan also has a private fire pit for campfire sing-a-longs and toasting marshmallows.
When you are looking for dinner or lunch out, the Clubhouse is close by. The Hogan Cottage is located in the very heart of Muskoka with Bracebridge, Huntsville, Gravenhurst and Parry Sound a short drive away.
Golfing is available for guests of this cottage at a nominal charge. This nine-hole course will test your skills and the new range will allow that extra practice to perfect your technique. Truly a Diamond in the Ruff!
