"Large and very private property. We didn't have to worry about our two dogs roaming away. Beautiful lake and lake front, great beach area for wading and plenty of room to sit on the docks. We loved the covered dock as when it rained we just had to move our chairs under it for shelter. Main cabin and guest cabins were more spacious than we thought they would be and the washrooms were very clean and updated. Loved the walk-in fridge and the large freezer was great. We loved the sun room. Plenty of living space for a large party. A very quaint, rustic, homey cottage with tons of character. Fridge down by the dock was useful, as was the storage shed by the dock. "The cottage is big enough with a fantastic lake view. With the canoe and tennis court, both adults and kids could have a wonderful time. Also with the convenient kitchen and equipment, we made great dishes for everyone in the group. The washrooms are all good enough and everyone has enough hot water to take a comfortable bath. The forest is quiet and clean enough. All in all, it is a wonderful trip and everyone had a great time." - H. Li

"Lake of Bays is a beautiful lake, the western exposure was great. Privacy was good as well as the waterfront and dock. Walk in Fridge for our larger group was a nice touch. Newer BBQ with full tank of propane served us well. The large fireplace was very nice. The cottage also had easy access to Haystack Bay Marine so we could rent a boat.
