One of the very few absolute lake front cottages on Muskoka, with a stunning open southern aspect and uninterrupted 180 degree views. Recently renovated and modernized, this property provides luxurious accommodation for up to 10 people in one of the most desirable locations on Lake Muskoka. 12 minutes by road from Port Carling and 20 minutes from Bracebridge.

On entering the hall one is greeted by a fantastic vista of the lake through the large areas of glass in the main split level living area. There is a beautiful modern fully equipped kitchen with unique granite tops and back splashes which when lit come to life with a myriad of quartz crystals. Adjoining the kitchen is a well equipped laundry room with large fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Beyond the kitchen is the dining area with seating for up to 10 leading through large sliding glass doors onto a generous deck area with plenty of outside furniture for those summer evening dinners. This deck is elevated and immediately above the lake shore so that the view from there is uninterrupted.

Steps up from the open plan kitchen/dining area lead to an elevated living room, again with uninterrupted views of the lake. Comfortably furnished this room is equipped with a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV and satellite TV feed.

The bedroom wing comprises of a bedroom with Queen bed and vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, floor to ceiling glass sliding doors leading on to a deck with lovely lake views. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. These two bedrooms share a marble tiled bathroom. The master bedroom suite is accessed through its own dressing room into a large light room with Queen bed and sliding glass doors onto its own deck. Stunning south and west views. Adjacent to the master bedroom is its en-suite bathroom - glass shower enclosure, and a large bath. Immediately below this room is a lovely large bedroom with a four poster king size bed, this room offers a great view of Lake Muskoka.

Separate from the main cottage but accessed by adjoining decks, is a guest cabin. This is the place that couples and kids fight over. Again situated lake side, one enters at deck level to a small sitting area with storage for clothes, then up a short flight of stairs to the vaulted bedroom area. The queen bed is situated so that you can lie in bed and look straight out at the lake through the double glazed doors and windows above. Next to the bedroom area is a small bathroom with frosted glass walls and a modern glass shower cubicle. This is a charming little cottage sufficiently away from the main cottage as to be private but close enough to be within easy reach of the main facilities.

Almost all of the frontage of the property is connected by adjoining decks providing huge amounts of outside space for eating, relaxing and water sports. There is docking for three to four boats.

All in all this property has got to be in one of the best locations on Lake Muskoka.
