Falcon Narrows Cottage is an only 5-minute drive from the convenience of Huntsville’s amenities, which makes canoeing or kayaking from the cottage to the finger docks in downtown Huntsville a great outing. This family-oriented cottage has a shallow entry to the water, with a slim, hard-packed sand waterfront. There is also a dock capable of accommodating an 18ft boat.
This four-level, split cottage contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main entrance for the cottage is off an inviting, lakeside deck with a Weber BBQ.
A well-stocked, modern kitchen complete with dishwasher and seating for eight on the 3rd level faces the lake. The combined dining and living area with WIFI, 2 Smart TV's boasting 24 channels, and a DVD player has comfortable seating and a great view of the water through large south facing windows. A bathroom, complete with tub and shower and two bedrooms with single over single bunks are just off the living area. The 4th level bedrooms have air-conditioned comfort, from the stand-up A/C unit, when the heat of summer hits. On this upper landing there are two bedrooms, a master bedroom having a queen bed and a view of the water and a second bedroom with a forest view with a single over single bunk bed and a queen bed.
Just a few steps down from the main level is another gathering space with a Smart TV, cozy gas fireplace, seating for eight and lots of shelves filled with great summer reads for your enjoyment. A lakeside door opens from the family room to a small deck with two Muskoka chairs where guests can enjoy their morning coffee while taking in the relaxing water view.
The lower level, a few steps down from the family room, has a games room retreat for kids and adults alike, complete with a foosball table and comfortable seating for three. Great for a rainy day. A newly renovated modern bathroom, with an oversized, tiled shower completes the lower level floor.
From the grassy, lakeside lawn, there is an expansive view of Vernon Narrows. A waters’ edge fire pit, a newly built boardwalk on the opposite bank, and varied boat traffic blends with the quiet hum of vehicles passing over the nearby bridge.

**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements.
**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
**Vacationers must bring their own adult life jackets, as well as children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.
