railing and numerous windows throughout this magnificent home. The
southwest exposure provides a spectacular sunsets on this 100 by 400
foot lot. This five-level, 4000 square foot, split-level house has
it all, from the unique ceramic at the entrance right up to the hot
tub on the top floor. It has an open-concept living, dining, kitchen
area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave
and dishwasher. The 30 foot ceilings here showcase the unique
architecture while you enjoy the view of the majestic waters of

Sunrise
Cottage is a rustic two-bedroom cottage located on McQuaby
Lake, near Powassan. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen
and the other with a double bed. A loft area has three single beds
to provide additional sleeping for children. The bathroom is
three-piece with a shower. With the south-east exposure enjoy the
beautiful sunrises in the morning. For evening entertainment, there
is a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows or singing some
good old campfire songs.
